In 2016, the Executive Wealth Circle (EWC) was formed by Susan Gin, with support from its Founding Members, to build community among a cohort of Asian Australian business men and women, all sharing the desire to increase their integration and engagement with like-minded individuals in the wider Australian community.
In a multicultural country such as Australia, it is recognized that forming social and business networks within one’s own cultural community may occur organically. However the ability to develop essential networks beyond this arena requires effort, support and a channel.
For migrants, these networks are vital for optimizing settlement, integration and successful economic contribution.
Since inception, EWC has seen its role as a provider of this support and be this channel. Serving this need remains its raison d’etre, which is further underscored in its iteration as EWC Australia Community Engagement Inc when it incorporated as an association in 2023.
Support is provided through a strategic program of social events, seminars, workshops, dinners to ‘Connect and Prosper’; bringing together like-minded individuals across sectors of business, sport, education, the arts, Government relations, community advocacy and philanthropy.
Our activities are thoughtfully curated to facilitate networking between cultures; programmed to increase knowledge about Australia, build trust and respect, friendship and understanding that is transformative.
Since 2016, we have seen many of our members benefiting in appointments to board positions, promotion to partnership in professional firms, increase their contribution to community associations, find connections into areas they seek to gain footholds, build and expand businesses and much more.
We welcome you to join us in our journey.
